The USA has over 29 million businesses, small to large. We currently have 400,000 unemployed 9/11 US veterans and 200,000 veterans from other wars desperately needing work too.  We will have another surge of transition in 2013 and another million veterans will pour into our economy.

The President and Congress talk about this frequently. But too often, they muddle up the water and make finding an effective and immediate solution impossible. – In truth, any real and effective answers to our problems will not come from our politicians. They will come from US citizens!

Here is all that we need to do:

1) If just one out of every 60 businesses in the US would hire One (1) US veteran in 2012, every unemployed US veteran would have a job! Plus, these businesses will get significant tax rebates for doing so.

2) If one (1) resident out of every thousand (1000) in the US would post a One Day job for a veteran once a month to hire them to help with chores around their home or yard, every unemployed veteran in the US would be able to earn money today and every day.

The solution is easy. All we need to do as a nation is to care enough to make restoring the lives of those who protected our country in the longest war we have ever fought a priority. --  (Companies like Verizon are 'walking point' on this mission. Look for Verizon jobs for Vets HERE.)
