A book that gives companies a thorough knowledge of how to hire US veterans, from creating a Veteran Hiring program within their companies, to job fairs, cause  marketing, media, social networking, etc. already has a market: US and global businesses, as well as multiple government and VA agencies. In fact, it could even be used as a text book in colleges. --Plus, we will include a vet entrepreneur section too.

Although, I want to give it a human touch. Real stories of US veterans and their families will make this more readable and popular. And adding the HirePatriots One Day job board to the mix, makes this a book for every US citizen, besides just businesses.

I already have several great contributors that want to participate. Especially, I have a new company member who have a business that creates military hiring programs within companies across US. -- So all the information, as well as stories are within my reach. -- What I need to do is to bring it all together into a focused product.

The two most important purposes of this book are:

1) To create more jobs for more US veterans.

2) The other important purpose of this book is to assist in marketing its contributors and our businesses.  Whether this book is a big seller is not essential to our purpose. But it adds content, credibility, branding, and a marketing platform that will create numerous media and speaking opportunities for all of us. Everyone of us and our businesses will benefit  because of our participation in creating this book.

It is important that we get this book published in order to get it recorded by the US Copyright Office and the Library of Congress. And I am confident that we can find an agent and a publisher. If not, I will raise the funds myself to get it printed, if necessary. -- But we also will use the social networks and multiple websites to offer our book too. For instance, HirePatriots.com and most of our company members and aligned 501c3s will offer the book on their sites too.

As much as possible I want all contributors to sit at a Round Table. It is important that we listen to every idea. We all bring something unique to the table. Let's use every available talent within our team. That is the surest way to success.
