Freedom Marathon will host its first annual Freedom 8K Green Cove Springs, later this month near Jacksonville, FL. This event will take place over Memorial Day Weekend, May 28th - 30th, 2011. The race will be held in conjunction with the 23rd Annual Memorial Day Riverfest Celebration.Local running hero Jeff Galloway is a member of the Freedom Marathon Leadership Team and has pledged to be in Green Cove Springs for the Riverfest activities.
